Shipping & Returns Policy 

 

RETURNS

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Elizabeth Henry purchase on this site.  

 

Made-to-Order Gowns 

Because each Elizabeth Henry gown is made-to-order, crafted specifically for you, all bridal gown sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. We encourage brides to carefully review all measurements, customizations, and design details before completing their purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions prior to ordering, and we encourage you to reference our Size Guide (link size guide) before purchasing to ensure measurements. 

 

Accessories 

We accept returns on unworn and unused accessories (veils, gloves, and palmette brooches) within 14 days of delivery. 

 

Accessories Return Requirements: 

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached 

  • Original packaging must be included 

  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a non-refundable $50 restocking fee 

 

To initiate an accessories return: 

  1. Contact our customer service team at atelier@elizabethhenrybride.com

  2. Receive your return authorization number 

  3. Ship items back within 14 days of receiving authorization 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned items. Elizabeth Henry does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any returned packages that is lost, stolen or mishandled.  

 

Damaged or Defective Items 

In the rare event that your gown or accessories arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at atelier@elizabethhenrybride.com with photographs of the issue. A client specialist will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. 

 

SHIPPING

 

Processing Time 

All Elizabeth Henry products are made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 12-24 weeks for production before shipping. It is recommended to order 8-10 months before your event date to allow for alterations. 

 

Shipping Methods 

 

We offer the following shipping options: 

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) 

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) 

  • International Shipping (delivery times vary by destination) – NA? 

 

All gowns are shipped in our signature packaging with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery. 

 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all bridal gown orders. 

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. 

  

Alterations 

We recommend having your gown altered by a professional seamstress experienced in bridal wear. Minor alterations are normal and to be expected, as every bride's measurements are unique.
